Fonty’s Pool Dinners

Luxurious dining in the heart of the forest.

Prepared by some of Australia’s best, book in for a seat at our signature long table dinners and lead your senses on a decadent journey as our guest chefs serve up course after course of the finest truffle-inspired winter fare.

On Friday 26 and Saturday 27 June, we return to Fonty’s Pool, Manjimup, for two stunning five-course dinners in the heart of truffle country. Fresh Périgord black truffles, minutes from where they were unearthed, enjoyed at a 5-course long table dinner (cocktail on arrival and a cash bar stocked with some of the region’s finest wine varietals to accompany the evening at your own pace).

What makes these nights particularly exciting is the way they’ve been put together. Rather than a single chef at the helm, each dinner brings three of WA’s most respected names into the kitchen together to collaborate in a way the Truffle Kerfuffle table hasn’t seen before.

A deliciously indulgent night celebrating the magic of truffles, brought to life through a collaboration by Brendan Pratt (Parker Group), Evan Hayter (De’sendent) & Supper Road.

Across five creative courses, you’ll experience bold flavours, beautiful local produce, and a few surprises along the way – all centred around this prized ingredient.

Your ticket includes the full five-course journey plus a drink on arrival. Additional drinks, including a stunning selection of Southern Forests wines, will be available for purchase throughout the evening.
