On Saturday 4 July, Chef Stuart Laws will host an intimate Berkshire Pork & Truffle Sausage Masterclass before guests settle in for an indulgent long lunch showcasing one of the world’s most prized heritage pork breeds paired with the earthy decadence of Western Australian truffles.
Black Label Berkshire pork is renowned for its deep colour, fine marbling and exceptional flavour. Slower grown than conventional pork, the heritage breed produces meat celebrated for its tenderness, juiciness and rich, buttery finish. Paired with fresh Manjimup truffles, this is a menu designed to celebrate winter at its peak.
