Beyond Manjimup, 2026 marks something genuinely new...

Throughout July, a curated group of Perth, Southern Forests and Singapore restaurants will host their own truffle dinners under the Truffle Kerfuffle banner – each with their own culinary take on how to prepare and serve this prized ingredient at it’s freshest.

 

Berkshire Pork & Truffle Masterclass and Long Lunch @ FALLOW

Don’t miss this one-day celebration of Black Label Berkshire pork and fresh Manjimup truffles, built around fire, smoke and rich winter flavours.

On Saturday 4 July, Chef Stuart Laws will host an intimate Berkshire Pork & Truffle Sausage Masterclass before guests settle in for an indulgent long lunch showcasing one of the world’s most prized heritage pork breeds paired with the earthy decadence of Western Australian truffles.

Black Label Berkshire pork is renowned for its deep colour, fine marbling and exceptional flavour. Slower grown than conventional pork, the heritage breed produces meat celebrated for its tenderness, juiciness and rich, buttery finish. Paired with fresh Manjimup truffles, this is a menu designed to celebrate winter at its peak.
