About The Truffle Kerfuffle

A Most Indulgent Weekend

In 2026, Truffle Kerfuffle returns with a renewed purpose: to help secure the long-term future of the festival and grow what it can become for the region, its producers, and the wider community.

To support that vision, Truffle Kerfuffle will expand beyond the traditional format – taking the celebration into the city with a series of events, collaborations, and fundraising initiatives throughout July, while still holding two intimate dinners in Manjimup.

In fact, we’re officially declaring July 2026 Truffle Kerfuffle Month – a month-long celebration designed not only to champion Manjimup truffles and the people behind them, but to build a sustainable future for the festival for years to come.

Celebrating the incredible Périgord black truffle season in our Southern Forests, the event will launch with two magnificent Truffle dinners to be held in the home of the truffle, Manjimup, at Fonty’s Pool. Featuring leading West Australian chefs, the dinners will be held to launch the event on Friday the 26th June and Saturday the 27th June. Mark your calendar, this celebration will be one to savour!.

The Truffle Kerfuffle comes to the city! Then throughout July, across multiple leading restaurant venues, the Truffle Kerfuffle comes to the city with the ‘Truffle Kerfuffle Dinner Series’. These limited-edition gourmet events will showcase the many ways truffle can be experienced. Leading chefs are creating menus designed to simply blow your tastebuds. This exciting innovation brings this exquisite delicacy to the city in a celebration of our state’s truffle industry, showcasing the finest produce at the very best time to do it, in the peak of the truffle season harvest.
