Stonebarn Farm are opening up a special truffle hunt experience! Follow the truffle hounds and their specially trained noses as they search for the unique aroma of the truffle treasures. After your hunt, head to Stonebarn Lodge where you’ll be welcomed to enjoy a truffle themed morning tea, including tasting their range of truffle products. You will also get the opportunity to buy fresh black truffle and truffle products.

Join them for an informal discussion about establishing a truffle orchard and truffle farming, followed by a walk through the truffiere, observing the truffle dogs in action with a Q&A session at the end.
While the open day event is free, Stonebarn Farm need to monitor numbers so please register your interest at info@stonebarn.com.au or text/call 0424835166 with details of how many are people in your group and provide a telephone number in case they need to contact you.
Stonebarn also supplies inoculated trees and truffle fertilisers to commercial truffle growers. These will be available to you on the day.

The best way to round out a wonderful weekend of fine food, friends and truffle is to celebrate with an epic Closing Party! Festival goers, chefs, producers, vendors and locals alike, we all gather fireside on the final night to celebrate a truly indulgent weekend of truffles, catch up with old friends and new and toe-tap to fireside tunes. Time to unwind and reflect after an amazing weekend and yes there will be truffles!
A grazing table full of incredible Southern Forests products will be provided. There will be a cash bar (no BYO).
